Campaign Master provides a digital simulation environment for planning advertising campaigns, analyzing public sentiment, and testing electoral strategies. The tool is designed for educational and strategic training purposes only. It does not offer real political consulting, legal advice, or guarantee any election outcome.
You agree to use the simulator in a lawful manner and not to manipulate data, impersonate other users, or deploy the platform for disinformation or harassment. You are solely responsible for the content you create within the simulation, including ad copy, slogans, and debate responses.
All game mechanics, interface design, algorithms, and original content within Campaign Master are owned by Vaalimainonta. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the software without prior written consent. User-generated content remains your property, but you grant us a license to display it within the simulation environment.
Campaign Master is provided “as is” without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Vaalimainonta be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the simulator, including but not limited to lost campaign data or strategic miscalculations.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk. You may stop using the simulator at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required for legal compliance.
Vaalimainonta may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users via email or an in‑app notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
